Federal authorities in Southern California have charged two staff on the Ontario Superior Surgical Middle accused of interfering with ICE brokers attempting to arrest an unlawful alien on July 8 who fled into the medical facility. One employee was arrested Friday morning, the opposite is being sought in response to a report by Fox Information reporter Invoice Melugin.

Per federal legislation enforcement sources, the 2 SoCal medical staff seen in a viral video bodily blocking an ICE agent from arresting a Honduran unlawful alien who had fled into their surgical procedure heart in Ontario, CA have each been charged federally & the male was arrested earlier this morning. I’m advised JOSE DE JESUS ORTEGA and DANIELLE NADINE DAVILA have each been charged with violations of 18 USC 111 (assaulting, resisting, or impeding federal brokers). Each have a prison arrest warrant signed off on by a federal choose.
