Feminine naval officers search to develop into first Indian duo to sail all over the world

Two feminine officers from the Indian Navy have launched into a mission to circumnavigate the world, setting sail from a port in Goa on Wednesday.

The eight-month journey will see Lt Cdr Roopa A and Lt Cdr Dilna Ok cowl roughly 21,600 nautical miles (about 40,000 km) on board their Indian Naval Crusing Vessel and was flagged off at 11am with a small ceremony.
